Aqueon Aquarium Water Changer, 25 ft
A 25 ft hose: it reaches a faucet up to 25 ft from the tank, with a multi-connection adapter for the faucet.
A long hose from the tank to a sink faucet. With the faucet on, it starts the siphon and the old water and the dirt from the gravel go down the drain; with the flow turned around, it fills the tank back up from the tap, so there are no buckets to carry. The gravel tube and the sink end each have an on/off valve.
Consider: No buckets to carry, but it needs a sink faucet within 25 ft of the tank that takes its adapter.

Plan for the routine work
- Turn the faucet on to start the siphon, and close the valve on the gravel tube to stop it.
- Turn the flow around to fill the tank back up from the tap.
- Before you refill, run the tap until it feels as warm as the tank, and check it with a thermometer if you have one: the new water goes straight in with the fish.
- Add a water conditioner when you put new tap water in, as Aqueon says; its label gives the dose.
