- Reduced flow
- Inspect and clean the intake strainer, hoses, impeller and impeller well as directed in manual page EN-3. Debris buildup can restrict the water path.
- No flow after servicing
- Check the AquaStop locking and opening sequence on EN-9. If the hose vacuum was lost, follow the manual’s priming procedure.
- Seal deterioration or leakage
- Follow the motor-head gasket inspection and replacement instructions. Use only the specified silicone lubricant; an improvised seal repair is not a substitute.
- Persistent unusual noise or unresolved fault
- Use Fluval’s support route with the exact model and observed symptoms. Do not operate a damaged unit or attempt electrical repairs.
